In-Store Purchases Must Be Returned/Exchanged In-Store!
All Returns/Exchanges Must Be Pre-Authorized over the phone
Return Shipping is the responsibility of the customer (Shipping Cost and Insurance)
Shipping Fee’s encountered by A New Leaf Limited Sound will be deducted from your Refund
Return Shipping is customer responsibility
NOTE: Item Must Be Returned/Exchanged within 7 Business Days of Receipt. Original Receipt and Proof of Purchase Required. Items must be in Brand New Condition or they will not be eligible for Return.
NOTE: All Pre-Authorized Returns or Exchanges will be provided with a A New Leaf Limited Authorization Number. Failure to provide the A New Leaf Limited Return/Exchange Authorization Number will result in a refusal and product will be returned back to sender.
